Light a Candle
Anne Marie Sprott, age 43, died in her Covington home on May 2, 2024. Anne was preceded in death by her son Elijah Jacob Sprott, and is survived by her parents Janet Hartke and Harry Sprott, and her brother Adam Sprott. Anne graduated from Scott High School; she studied at NKU and worked as a legal secretary and paralegal. Anne was born into a large family, with many aunts, uncles, and cousins and she enjoyed being with them for holidays and other special occasions. She was known for her kind, compassionate nature – quick to volunteer to help anyone in need of comfort or assistance. Anne was passionate about music and loved to play the piano. She was delighted with the process of creating various arts and crafts, and it brought her great joy to cook for her family. Anne loved animals and was especially fond of kittens – she had many pets over the years. Visitation will be held on May 10, 2024, at 10 am at St. Patrick Church, 3285 Mills Road Taylor Mill, KY 41015, followed by a funeral mass at 11 am.
